Chef’s AI-enabled robots can now automate meatpacking tasks, assembling a variety of raw, frozen, and precooked proteins such as pork loin filets, chicken breasts, lamb chops, steaks, sausage links, and bratwursts onto trays before packaging. These meatpacking tasks use Chef’s existing piece-picking capability, offering food manufacturers higher throughput, lower labor dependency, and consistent portion presentation across meatpacking and tray assembly lines.

Chef robots use AI-powered vision to detect and place ingredients on flatbreads such as tortillas, wraps, lavash, burger buns, and pizza bases.
